“Bay-area turntable legends Qbert and D-Styles will perform together for the first time in ten years on June 3rd at Low End Theory San Francisco, joined by a heavy-hitting cast of producers and performers from the cutting edge of electronic music.
Fan response has been euphoric over the announcement of this historic reunion of Qbert and D-Styles, two of the Invisibl Skratch Piklz core members who have not scratched together in over a decade. Universally acknowledged as the two most skilled scratch DJs in the world, Qbert and D-Styles will play both solo and together, a unique and exciting experience for fans of turntablism.
Dntel (of The Postal Service) will also be bringing the heat to the lineup along with one of Brainfeeder’s latest beat slingers, Mono/Poly. Alpha Pup Records’ new artist Young Montana? will be making his San Francisco debut at Low End Theory, hot off the release of his debut album Limerence.
Joining these special guests are the Low End Theory residents Daddy Kev, Nobody, D-Styles and Nocando, and adding the local flavor is Dnae Beats along with Square Weezy from San Jose’s Fingerbangerz crew.”
